Bi-Metal Design: Titanium Alloy and copper.
Titanium alloy is used to reduce heat conduction upward from the heating and
copper is used to accelerate heat conduction,
thus to avoid filament clogging.
High Thermal Strength: Made of harder and more wear-resistant bi-metal material,
this all metal heat break can support long
time work at 400℃ and makes 3d printing speeds faster.
Nicely Machining: The Bi-metal heatbreak is with 0.2mm thickness makes for excellent thermal
insulation and Ra≤0.4 roughness enhances fluidity of filament;
Compared with ordinary heatbreak,
the resistance of the printing retraction is largely reduced,
thus the printing result is much more precise and delicate.
Application: This bi-metal titanium heatbreak is compatible with Ender-3 S1 Plus,
Ender-3 S1,Ender-3 S1 Pro,CR-10 Smart Pro, Sermoon V1,Sermoon V1 Pro 3D printers.
Kindly Reminder: Please adjust settings if you want to print PLA,
2.25mm retraction at 30mm/s is recommended.
To have better printing result,
you might have to lower the temps a bit from the stock heatbreak.
