Flux paste Baku BK-80, 80 grams is used for mounting microcircuits in BGA, PGA, PLCC, QFP, CSP cases.
It has a very good wetting of the working surface, and the residual flux has a fairly high resistance to temperature.
This flux paste is made on a rosin basis, without acids, which makes it safe for soldering small parts.
Baku BK-80 is hygroscopic, inactive and quite isolated. Does not boil when heated even above 500 degrees. Odorless.
